You are more than welcome to visit our studio and pick up your order.
It is located in kibbutz Mishmarot.

Orders will be processed once credit card is authorized and payment is verified.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery.

Local Delivery:
Local shipping is via Israeli postal service.
After sending the package, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you will be able to check it's status.
Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.

International Delivery:​
International shipping is via UPS postal service.
After sending the package, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you will be able to check it's status.
Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Aviya will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance during the delivery process, or any additional customs and VAT that may be charged by local custom authorities
Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at aviya.co.il operated by Aviya Hoffman.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
All items must be returned unused, in their original purchased condition.
Refund will not include shipping costs, insurance and /or tax fees.

Please note that card / PayPal refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

In case the item was sent to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
A gift certificate will be mailed to you As soon as the returned item is received.
In case the item isn’t a gift, and was given to you by the buyer, we will send a refund to the giver and he will find out about your return.

In case of sending back the item you want to return, the costumer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a tracking number service or shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for an item we didn't receive.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
